I am Julia Semina, an attorney, a member of the Moscow Bar Association, a lawyer with more than 12 years of experience, and a partner attorney of Borisov Law Office (Moscow).
Over the years, I have been providing legal assistance to businesses on a wide range of issues that entrepreneurs have to face in course of organizing, conducting, or terminating their activities.

Sine 2013 I have been practicing at Borisov Law Office (Moscow), currently as a partner attorney.
In 2012, I graduated with honors from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University majoring in jurisprudence. Earlier, in 2002, I graduated also with honors from the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) (MAI) majoring in organizational management.
Being fluent in English with C1 level in CEFR (ILEC - 2014) I assist both Russian and foreign clients, as well as resolve cross-border legal issues.

Legal fundamentals of advocacy
- An attorney is a person having obtained this status and the right to practice law in accordance with the procedure established by this Federal Law.
